In the coastal mountains of western Mexico, a small group of dedicated individuals have devoted their lives to protect jaguars. Despite robust protections for this endangered animal, they continue to face critical challenges such as habitat loss and fragmentation, human conflict, and illegal wildlife trade.
In March of 2024, we embedded ourselves with a research team to document their efforts. We quickly found ourselves amidst a story of hope, beauty, and coexistence.
Our documentary film tells an exciting story about jaguar conservation, through the perspective of the people leading these efforts. The film will transport our audience into the jungle — getting up close and personal with one of the world’s most enigmatic species.
